PRIVACY POLICY

This is the privacy policy of the Livmet U app ("Livmet U," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use and is incorporated by reference therein. By accessing or using Livmet U, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Privacy Policy. A current version of this policy is always available via the Livmet U Privacy Policy website, which can be accessed through the app or via our official website.

In this Privacy Policy, we refer to the full range of products, features, technologies, content, and services provided by Livmet U as our "services." This document is intended to explain how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information when you use those services, and it also outlines the choices you have regarding your data.

Please take a moment to read this policy carefully. It contains important information about your rights and responsibilities, as well as how we protect your privacy. Your use of our services signifies your consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please refrain from using Livmet U or any of its related services.

When you install the service on your device and register with Livmet U, we collect your personal information during the download and registration process. To register with Livmet U, you need to provide your mobile phone number or email address, city location, gender, and name, depending on the device you use. Providing additional personally identifiable information is optional.

Livmet U also collects non-personally identifiable information such as country of residence and preferences. Additionally, Livmet U collects and stores information about your and others' use and interaction with the service and our website, including duration, geographic usage, device and connection information, IP address, device capability, bandwidth, page view statistics, network type, and traffic flow to and from our website.

Livmet U allows you to share text messages, photos, screenshots, videos, and other communications with other users in the Livmet U application. If you choose to do so, your text messages, photos, screenshots, videos, and other communications will be stored on our server. If you choose to share these items with other Livmet U users, we may not be able to remove them from our servers or let anyone you share them with use them. By choosing to share this information, you should understand that you may no longer have control over how the information is used, and the information may be made public (depending on your behavior or the behavior of others who share it with you). Livmet U is not responsible for any use or misuse of the information you share.

Livmet U can also collect user content (such as photos, screenshots, comments, and other materials) that you create on the service. Your photos can be taken by other users on Livmet U. If you do not agree to all the terms of this privacy policy, please do not use the service.

To complete a commercial transaction on Livmet U, you will be asked to provide your payment information, including your credit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. In this case, we will safely and directly transmit your information to third-party suppliers or merchants who will collect the information to process and complete your purchase. Livmet U does not process or store your payment information. However, we may store other information about your purchases on the service, including the name of the merchant, the date, time, and amount of the transaction, and other behavioral information.

We also collect error reporting information when services crash or hang up to investigate errors and improve service stability for future releases. These reports generally do not contain personally identifiable information or are provided with explanatory notes. As part of these error reports, we will receive information about the device type and version, device identifier when the error occurred, the features in use, and the state of the application at the time the error occurred. We will not use this information for any purpose other than investigating and fixing errors. We will not lease or sell your information to third parties without your consent unless otherwise specified in this policy.

Who We May Share Your Information With

We may share user content and your information (including but not limited to information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with companies that are legally part of or become part of Livmet U's group of companies ("subsidiaries"). Subsidiaries may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve services (including by providing analysis) and affiliates' own services (including providing you with a better and more relevant experience). However, these subsidiaries respect your choice of who can see your content.

We can also share your information and information from tools such as cookies, log files, device identifiers, and location data with third-party agencies that help us provide services to you ("service providers"). Our service providers will be granted the information required to provide the services on reasonable confidentiality terms.

We can also share aggregated or anonymous information with third parties, including advertisers and investors. For example, we might tell advertisers how many users our app receives. This information does not contain any personal or personally identifiable information and is used to develop content and services that we hope you are interested in.

We may delete some data that can identify you and share anonymous data with others. We may also merge your information with other information in a way that is no longer associated with you and share the aggregated information.

You Can Choose Who to Share User Content With

Livmet U is designed to foster social interaction and user-generated expression. As such, certain features of our services allow you to voluntarily post, upload, or otherwise share content, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, or other materials ("User Content"). You are in control of what you choose to share and with whom you share it.

When you choose to share User Content publicly or with other users through the Livmet U platform, that content becomes accessible to those audiences according to the settings and features you select. For example, if you post content to a public space within the app or share it with specific users or groups, it may be visible, copied, or re-shared by those viewers within or outside of the platform. Livmet U cannot control how others may use or distribute content you have made available to them, and we are not responsible for any further disclosure or use of your User Content by third parties once it has been shared.

We encourage you to think carefully before posting any personal or sensitive information, and to review your privacy and sharing settings within the app to manage your audience and control your content visibility. While you retain ownership of the User Content you create and share, by submitting it through the service, you grant Livmet U certain rights to use, display, and distribute that content as described in our Terms of Use.

If you would like to modify or remove any User Content you have shared, you may do so through your account settings, subject to any limitations in our data retention and backup systems. Please note, however, that content that has already been shared or re-posted by others may continue to be accessible even after you delete it from your own profile or account.
